Actor Arunoday Singh's Wife Goes to High Court To Challenge Divorce Decree

Actor Arunoday Singh had an amazing marriage four years ago where it indeed was a dream wedding for him and then-partner Lee Elton. However, this past year, the duo confirmed that they are parting ways and hence, decided to call it quits. In fact, the Jabalpur High Court had even granted a divorce in the end of 2019.

However, as per a recent report in Dainik Bhaskar, Elton has challenged the divorce decree and has demanded the cancellation of the same. In her plea, she has reportedly mentioned that Singh was granted the divorce in a unilateral hearing on December 18th 2019 while the Jism 2 actor's plea mentioned that a dispute over dogs.

For now, things stay a they are and the next hearing will be held on October 6th 2020.

In May 2019, Arunoday released an official statement which read, “My marriage seems to be over. Turns out we were very good at love, but couldn't survive the reality. Despite our best efforts, professional counseling and current trial separation, nothing seems to have helped bridge the fundamental differences that have emerged between us. It seems wiser to let go. I think we both deserve better. We shall try to resolve this with compassion and dignity."
