Aayush Sharma opens up on family not being invited to Katrina-Vicky’s wedding

Katrina Kaif has been close to Salman Khan's family since her early days in the film industry. In an interview, Aayush Sharma stated that her family's absence from her wedding with Vicky Kaushal is "no big deal." Aayush is married to Arpita Khan, Salman's younger sister. 

Vicky and Katrina married last month at the Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan. Only a few celebrities, including Neha Dhupia, Angad Bedi, Kabir Khan, and Sharvari Wagh, were on the guest list for the closely guarded wedding. 

In response to the family's absence from the wedding, Aayush told Bollywood Bubble, "For us, Katrina is a very dear friend, and we all wish her all the best." It's how she wants to decide her marriage, and it's not a big deal. Everyone, in my opinion, makes a big deal out of everything. It's her and Vicky's big day, and all they need to do is have a good time in whatever capacity they can." 

Aayush went on to say that the family is 'overjoyed' that Katrina has found love. "As a family, Katrina will always be close to us, and we are just happy that she is happy." "When people find their centre and their happiness, that is the most beautiful thing we can wish for our family, friends, and colleagues," he said. 

Salman and Katrina collaborated on a number of blockbusters, including Partner, Bharat, and the two Tiger films, Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai. They will next be seen in the third instalment of the spy-thriller franchise, which will be directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Yash Raj Films.
