Aamir Khan soon to meet the Forrest Gump star, Tom Hanks!

Aamir Khan who has been after Laal Singh Chadda for the past 8 years is finally making his way to meet the Forrest Gump star Tom Hanks and he might offer his full support and knowledge for the Hindi remake...


The Tom Hanks starrer Forrest Gump is soon to get its Hindi remake. The official announcement for the film has piqued the fans' interests and they are already excited about the film's release, or even a trailer might seem to do its magic. The film will see Aamir Khan in an all-new avatar and wasn’t only the fans but Mr. Perfectionst himself was after the Laal Singh Chadda for the past 8 years. 

Finally, its time for Khan to meet one of the most beloved stars of all-time - Tom Hanks who starred in the original film. While some though, hanks himself might never appreciate the Hindi remake, of his one of the classic films, now there is a rather interesting new development about the film and the fans might love it!

The actor who etched his name in the history books for his performance in Forrest Gump seems to be in the loop to support Khan’s next. 

According to the reports in Asian Age suggest that Paramount Pictures (the parent company that produced Forrest Gump) and Viacom 18 collaborated to produce the Hindi adaptation titled Lal Singh Chaddha, which would be made with Tom’s full support and knowledge.

Somehow, Aamir Khan and Tom Hanks share the same career graph and its trajectory is breaking records around the globe. 

Mr. Perfectionist has geared himself with one of the most awaited films of the year. Lal Singh Chaddha has been grabbing eyeballs since its announcement and the fans can't wait for his first look from the film. 

A source revealed, “Viacom 18 is looking at arranging the meeting between Tom Hanks and Aamir Khan as a warm-up to the remake.”

Previously, talking about the looks of his character Aamir had said: "Each time you have to not just be the character but look like that, too. In this case, I feel Lal Singh is a character — bodily and physically speaking — I see him as a lean person throughout the film, who is not exceptionally muscular. That’s how I’m hoping to project it. And I’d be speaking Punjabi in the film that I’ve just started learning."
