Cruel, scheming, mean, chalak and over smart describes these ladies best! We loved to HATE them, and for some we still do! But well, that has always been their main job, to make us enjoy hating them! And that's why they're called Vamps! Our television industry's most successful, strong and powerful on-screen women! 
So here is a list of our 8 favourite Indian Television #VampWomen whom we will always LOVE TO HATE! (Yes, that's right!).

1- Urvashi Dholakia (Komolika Basu) from Kasauti Zindagi Ki:

There will never be a why, as to why she is at the top of our list, as Urvashi Dholakia better know as 'Komolikaaa' from Kasauti Zindagi Ki, will always always be on top! One of the sexiest, most wicked and cunning vamp ladies who never left any chance at making Anurag-Prerna's life hell for a good 8 years on Kasauti, just built up her role so so well! From one plan to another, she just managed to conquer our TV screens totally, with those scheming evil eyes! She was, is and will always be one of the most desired vamp ladies through the history of Indian Television! And so obviously an immediate entry, onto the list of our 8 favourite Indian Television #VampWomen whom we will always 'LOVE TO HATE!'.

2- Simone Singh (Sakshi Goenka) from Ek Hasina Thi:

This lady's come-back on the small screen last year, was the BEST! Her character Sakshi Goenka on Star Plus's Ek Hasina Thi, was the coolest, very cunning and extremely pretty on-screen vamp! Her secret hate relationship with her husband Raj, wicked scheming for the biggest threat to the Goenka family Durga and an extreme urge to always prove her wrong son right, in those lovely sarees, made her 2014's most successful & popular vamp lady! So yes, Simone Singh definitely had to be on our list of 8 Indian Television #VampWomen whom we will always 'LOVE TO HATE!'.

3- Monica Bedi (Guman Vyas) from Saraswatichandra:

Her sexy sarees, wicked plots to foil her son's marriage at every stage, fake love for her husband and the mastermind behind every scheming plan through the course of Star Plus's Saraswatichandra, made Monica Bedi aka Guman one of the sexiest and most wicked vamp lady's on screen! She was, is and will always be remembered as one of the vampiest vamps on-screen! But yes that's why we love her! And so she of course had to be on our list of 8 favourite Indian Television #VampWomen whom we will always 'LOVE TO HATE!'.

4- Ashwini Kalsekar (Mahamanga) from Jodha Akbar:

Be it a modern day show or a historical based show, this lady always manages to successfully make us love to hate her!! And that is what exactly happened with Akbar's caretaker, the wickedly wicked Mahamanga! Her strong persona, evil mind and deceiving looks made her the coolest vamp women of all times on this epic mythological show! Her character is no more on it, but anybody going to forget our cool Mahamanga? Noways! And so Ashwini's definite entry onto our list of 8 favourite Indian Television #VampWomen whom we will always 'LOVE TO HATE' had to happen!

5- Lavina Tandon (Rukaiya Begum) from Jodha Akbar:

So we didn't only have Mahamanga to make Jodha & Akbar's life hell, but also Rukaiya Begum! Whose extreme hate towards Jodha made us all just love to hate her na!? The confidence with which Lavina has brought out such a strong character on this mythological show has just been awesome! Rukaiya Begum's strong possessiveness towards Jalal, cunning plans to ruin Jodha and just her overall self has worked really well on screen! And so she obviously had to be on our list of 8 favourite Indian Television #VampWomen whom we will always 'LOVE TO HATE!'.

6- Kishwer Merchantt- (Nyonika Malhotra) from Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan:

Mother's are usually supposed to be the very emotional, traditional and loving ones on screen, but this mother is far from any of these qualities! Nyonika Malhotra, the hot, evil and cunning mother of Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan's hottie Manik Malhotra, has won a lot of praise and haters who love to hate her, for this commendably strong role she is currently portraying on the show! Her love-hate relationship with her son, a secret black past she is hiding within her and of course her wickedly wicked scheming plots has made her one of the most popular love to hate mom's on screen! And so Kishwer obviously had to be on our list of 8 Indian Television #VampWomen we will always 'LOVE TO HATE!'. 

7- Anita Hassnandani (Shagun Arora) from Ye Hai Mohabbatein:

Anita is back again on screen with another vampy avataar of hers, which is totally killing it! Her character Shagun Arora, Raman's lover, Ishita's hater and Ruhi's ex-mother on Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has completely managed to conquer a lot of Indian households and lady's who totally love to hate her! This stylish vamp with her sexy sarees is currently ruling the small screen!! And so she definitely had to be on our list of 8 Indian Television #VampWomen whom we will always "LOVE TO HATE!'.

Aashka too was one of the most popular wicked vamps on screen in Laagi Tujhse Lagan! Her character Kalavati was strong, cunning, evil and one of the most hated vamps at that time of course! But that's what made her such a good vamp! She portrayed her evil role perfectly on that show, which a lot of households loved to hate, and so she definitely had to be on our list of 8 Indian Television #VampWomen whom we will always 'LOVE TO HATE!'.
