This youth medical drama was a sequel to the already popular show, 'Sanjeevani-A Medical Boon'. 'Dill Mill Gayye' adopted the same concept, revolving around the stories of interns in a hospital with specific focus on the love story of Dr Armaan Malik (Karan Singh Grover) and Dr Riddhima Gupta (Shilpa Anand/Sukriti Khandpal/Jennifer Winget).
