Hina Khan adds a new feather to her cap with teleplay 'Shadyantra'; currently streaming on Zee5

Actress Hina Khan debuted in her very first teleplay attempt Shadyantra, for Zee5 and Zee Theatre. The actress who has always been a part of television, the web, and films took a different path this year to explore a new medium altogether.

A play shot in the format of a teleplay for the digital space, Shadyantra is captivating with it's unique format and good performances. Hina stands out as the fiesty Natasha, wrapped in a web of lies told by her husband Rohan Tiwari (Chandan Roy Sanyal) who has plans to murder her, and tries to be a protector at the same time for her husband's innocent lover who gets caught up in this family drama. While Chandan has been a theatre actor and stands out with a stellar performance, Hina surprises us all with her power-packed performance, in spite of coming from a different format of work. Side performances by Kunaal Roy Kapoor, Shruti Bapna, and Anang Desai add zest to the teleplay which is doing well for the first attempt on OTT.

Hina has always surprised us over the years with her versatility as an actor. From TV to OTT to Films and now venturing into the world of theatre with a first-ever teleplay, the actress has once again proved that she can blend into any format of content given to her.
