Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Reeva's parents ask Ishaan if he plans to leave Reeva again

Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode begins with Ishaan (Shakti Arora) and Savi (Bhavika Sharma) encountering each other at the hospital. As Savi nearly falls, Ishaan catches her, and Harini witnesses this, believing everything is fine between them. Savi then hugs Harini, expressing disbelief at the situation, and Harini pinches her to confirm it’s real. Ishaan asks Harini about her well-being, and Harini thanks him, stating that if she and Savi are alive, it’s because of him. She adds that seeing them together brings her peace. Ishaan dismisses the need for thanks and leaves, which Reeva (Sumit Singh) observes from a distance.

Harini then inquires about the relationship between Savi and Ishaan, particularly their married life. The doctor informs Ishaan that while Harini is out of the coma, she is still weak and should not be distressed, as it could be fatal. Harini asks Savi if Ishaan’s family has accepted her, to which Savi lies, saying everything is fine to prevent Harini from worrying. When Harini feels a headache, Savi advises her to rest and decides to reveal the truth once Harini is discharged.

Ishaan questions Savi:

Reeva returns to the Bhosale mansion, where Surekha asks about Ishaan. Reeva mentions that he is with Savi and that Harini has regained consciousness. Surekha sees this as a positive development, believing Savi won’t use Harini as an excuse to trouble them. Swanand reminds Surekha that Harini previously orchestrated Ishaan and Savi’s marriage and questions what she would do if Harini forced Ishaan to stay with Savi by making him swear on her. Swati doubts if Ishaan will refrain from hurting Reeva this time. Yashwant asserts that, regardless of Ishaan’s decision, he has decided not to allow Savi and Harini into the house. Chinmay remarks that if fate wants Ishaan and Savi together, no one can prevent it. Reeva then waits for Ishaan.

Shukla calls Savi to check on Harini, and Savi confirms her improvement. Savi requests that Shukla find a low-rent house for her and Harini, to which Shukla agrees. Ishaan then asks Savi about her plan when Harini questions why they aren’t staying at his home. Savi intends to tell the truth, but Ishaan insists that Harini must stay in a happy environment, as per the doctor's orders. Ishaan then receives a call from Yashwant, who urges him to return home for his engagement with Reeva. Overhearing this, Savi feels distressed. Ishaan reiterates that Savi should not tell Harini the truth and leaves.

Reeva's parents question Ishaan:

Reeva contemplates Ishaan, while Savi also thinks about him. Shikha approaches Reeva, who emotionally breaks down, wondering if she is destined to be unhappy. Shikha consoles her, suggesting that circumstances force their actions, and advises Reeva to trust that everything will work out for the best. Meanwhile, Savi's inner self questions her hesitation in telling the truth, but Savi recalls Ishaan's warning. Her inner self presses on how long she can hide the truth from Harini, but Savi admits she doesn't know and stops speaking when she sees Harini waking up. Reeva’s parents prepare to take her away as Ishaan returns home. They question him about his intentions with Reeva, prompting Ishaan to think about Savi and Harini.

Reeva notices Ishaan’s burnt hands and laments that he has injured the hands on which she put the engagement ring. Savi questions Ishaan’s actions, saying she means nothing to him.
