Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Harini learns the truth about Ishaan and Savi's relationship

Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode begins with Reeva's (Sumit Singh) parents questioning Ishaan (Shakti Arora) about his future intentions with Reeva. Reeva intervenes, explaining that Ishaan is exhausted after a long day at the hospital. Ishaan then asks Reeva if she isn't curious about the nature of their earlier questioning. Meanwhile, a nurse tells Savi (Bhavika Sharma) that they can continue their conversation later, then turns to Harini, urging her to eat. Savi insists on feeding Harini herself. During this, the nurse mentions to Harini that Savi and Ishaan had a major argument, leading to Savi arriving at the hospital with her bags. Harini, puzzled, questions Savi about the situation.

Surekha then confronts Ishaan, asking if he plans to bring Savi and Harini into their home. Swanand warns the Bhosale family that if Ishaan goes through with this, his marriage to Reeva will never happen, even threatening to disown Reeva if she continues seeing Ishaan. Yashwant firmly states that Savi and Harini will not be welcomed into their house. Harini notices Savi isn't wearing her mangalsutra and asks about it. Savi tries to come up with an excuse, but Ishaan steps in, explaining that her mangalsutra broke and he has sent it for repairs. He assures Harini that she will be discharged the next day and that he will take her home. Harini agrees, and Ishaan leaves.

Savi feels heartbroken:

Savi confronts Ishaan about making decisions without consulting her, expressing concerns about how his family, especially Surekha, Yashwant, and Durva, will treat Harini and what will happen if Harini discovers the truth. Ishaan responds that he has already discussed it with his family. In a flashback, Ishaan tells his family and Reeva that he won't abandon them but feels responsible for Savi and Harini. He says he will bring them home if Reeva consents. Reeva agrees but requests that Ishaan marry her in one month on her parents' 30th wedding anniversary. Ishaan consents. Savi, overhearing, feels heartbroken at the thought of Ishaan marrying Reeva.

Reeva starts doubting her decision to agree to Ishaan's request. Meanwhile, Swanand tells Swati that Reeva made a mistake by agreeing and plans to speak with her. Swati advises him against repeating her mistakes and to support Reeva's decision. Swanand, in anger, vows to ensure Ishaan marries Reeva on her terms and promises to get Savi and Ishaan divorced within a month. Ishaan instructs Jeetu to arrange Savi's things in his room and prepare a guest room for Harini. Surekha notices Ishaan's excitement and expresses her disapproval to the family. 

Harini learns the truth:

Yashwant tries to reassure her, saying Savi is just a guest. Shikha notices Chinmay smiling and asks what he's thinking. Chinmay believes Ishaan will soon realize his feelings for Savi, and Shikha hopes for the same.

Shikha and Ashmita decide to make momos for Savi, but Surekha reminds them that Savi is only staying for a month. Ishaan informs Harini and Savi that they can go home, but Harini refuses, having learned about Ishaan's impending marriage to Reeva and his plans to divorce Savi. Ishaan, confused, asks Savi why she didn't hide this. Harini explains that she confronted Savi after noticing her mangalsutra wasn't actually broken and learned the truth.

Precap for the next episode:

In the precap, Savi's tea stall is engulfed in flames. Ishaan rescues her belongings, insisting he can't let her memories burn. Reeva, seeing his burnt hands, points out that these are the hands she's supposed to put a ring on. Savi questions why Ishaan did this, given that she supposedly means nothing to him.
