From theplas to South Indian music: Janhvi Kapoor reveals fond memories of family vacations

In a touching revelation, Janhvi Kapoor reminisced about cherished moments spent with her late mother, Sridevi, and family during their globetrotting adventures. Speaking at an event where she announced the public accessibility of her mother's Chennai home, Janhvi shared anecdotes from their travels, highlighting the bond shared by the Kapoor clan.

Janhvi revealed her father Boney Kapoor's unique approach to broadening his daughters' horizons. "When I was younger, my father made sure we explored every corner of the world so that we could tell our future husbands that we've seen it all," she disclosed, reflecting on the invaluable experiences they shared as a family.

One such memorable escapade took them to the picturesque Amalfi Coast in Italy, where the Kapoor family, accompanied by their cook and loyal assistant Ramu, indulged in homemade theplas and paranthas while traversing the scenic landscape in a spacious van.

Describing the scene, she shared, 

"In the evenings, while others were out enjoying music and drinks, our big black jeep would roll in, blaring South Indian tunes, with us relishing theplas and paranthas in the van."

Despite the absence of her beloved mother, Janhvi's recollection was filled with warmth and laughter, a testament to the enduring bond shared by the Kapoor family.

On the professional front, Janhvi Kapoor continues to carve her niche in Bollywood with a diverse array of projects.
