Anuj, in a state of vulnerability, finds himself falling in love, a sentiment that Aadhya misinterprets as Anupama's attempt to impress him falsely. Anupama, feeling drained, sets an alarm to rise early and resume her duties. Meanwhile, Ansh encounters Dimpy, disclosing his reconciliation with Ishani and Mahi. He questions Dimpy about the nature of a stepfather, expressing distress over overhearing Vanraj and Hasmukh's conversation. Dimpy urges Ansh to disregard such matters, but he insists on distancing himself from Titu and longing for Vanraj's presence alone, unsettling Dimpy.

Anupama initiates the Tulsi puja and chants a Bhajan to commence her day. Her singing captures Anuj's attention, prompting Shruti's concern. Anuj acknowledges the absence of such rituals in his own home and approaches Anupama, expressing gratitude for her infusion of Indian traditions into his household. Dimpy later convenes the family, confronting Vanraj about his intentions regarding her marriage to Titu and accusing him of negatively influencing Ansh. Vanraj rebuffs her accusations, insinuating her desire to leave the Shah family and belittling her responsibilities.

Amidst the turmoil, Anuj takes Shruti to the temple, impressed by Anupama's positive energy. Aadhya, sceptical of such displays, questions Shruti's authenticity, prompting Anupama to elucidate the significance of their rituals and cultural heritage. Anuj's admiration for Anupama grows, leading him to invite her to lead the aarti, a gesture she accepts gratefully. As Anuj assists Anupama in the kitchen, their bond deepens, stirring feelings of affection between them.

However, Aadhya stumbles upon Leela's diary and suspects Anuj's growing fondness for Anupama. Anupama, mindful of Aadhya's discomfort, tries to maintain her distance, but Anuj's presence continues to evoke emotions. Despite Aadhya's efforts to dissuade him, Anuj remains by Anupama's side, even capturing a poignant moment between them. Aadhya, consumed by jealousy, resorts to tearing the diary apart in a fit of anger, foreshadowing further turmoil in their intertwined lives.
